The server sends the first message 10 minutes before the event starts, and at the moment the event begins, a teleport appears in the Ricarten temple, which will disappear 2 minutes before the event ends. The player who is on the throne when the event concludes is the winner. If no one is on the throne, the event is extended by 10 minutes, and again, if no player is on the throne, no one wins.
